Having retired in 2023 from a long career as a senior executive officer for a global logistics firm, I practiced and embraced so many of the skills and qualities that make a great real estate professional. Honesty, dedication, organization, project management, leading teams, and a never-quit fighting spirit. I have coordinated, negotiated and managed multi-million dollar projects for clients all over the world, and those experiences and skills have well prepared me for the often challenging intricacies of real estate transactions. Getting into real estate was a life long dream and I am very excited to have this opportunity for a challenging career post-corporate America. It's as fun as I always thought it would be!

Personally, I was raised locally in the Middle Tennessee and have been married for over 30 years with two wonderful kids and four fantastic grandchildren. I currently reside in Brentwood and am an avid golfer, musician, artist, technology enthusiast, all-around "fix-it" guy, enjoy long distance motorcycle touring, and I have a passion for real estate and helping people!

Mike and Candie, having enjoyed a long tenure at RE/MAX, made the decision to open their office on West End Avenue serving past customers, referrals and select clients. Since 1999, one of the cornerstones of their business is selling homes that other agents have failed to sell. They have sold over 528 properties residential properties ranging in price from $50,000 to over $7,000,000 all over Middle Tennessee.

Mike Worsham
Mike is one of Nashville’s greatest enthusiasts. He was transferred to Nashville as an officer with First American Bank in real estate lending. Prior to moving to Nashville, Michael served in Viet Nam and attended University of Tennessee and Transylvania University in Lexington Kentucky. Michael passed 178 hours of educational courses and obtained his Brokers license in 2004. He is a distinguished member of Williamson County Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Michael is the only real estate agent approved by Regions Bank to conduct Home Buyer workshops inside Regions Bank.
Candie Worsham
As a native, Nashville has always been home to Candie. She grew up in West Nashville and attended St, Cecilia & Father Ryan, and then she was graduated with honors from Middle Tennessee State University in 1977. Candie is a proud member of Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and Williamson County Association of Realtors. She is also a Life Member of the Awards of Excellence.
